PAYMENT OPTIONS
Radium Photo
allows customer choice of the following payment options:

SERVICE TIMES
Standard prints (3.5 x 5 or 4 x 6) will be ready
for you the next day... for larger prints, please allow a couple of days or
up to a week depending on the size of the order.
Please be advised that during peak seasons,
services may require additional time. Add additional service time for
combination orders and orders requiring mounting or digital services. ...
include additional time for delivery, retouching and special orders.
RETURN & REMAKE POLICY
Printing quality is dependent on several
factors, if
you have a concern about a service we have performed, return the order to the
lab. If we have made a mistake, we will make every attempt to correct it
to your satisfaction. Remakes will be completed exactly as
originally ordered.
When returning an order to for remake, the order must include the

Lab personnel are available from 9:30AM thru 5:30PM, Eastern Standard
Time, Monday thru Friday.
PRICE CHANGES
Any or all prices are subject to change without prior notification.
LIMIT OF
LIABILITY
The submission of any Photo CD or Computer Disk. FTP file, film, print or
slide for processing or any other service or purpose will constitute an
AGREEMENT by you that if any such Photo CD or Computer Disk. FTP file, film,
print or slide is damaged or lost by us or any related company, it will be
replaced with an equivalent amount of unexposed film, processing, blank disk
and/or transfer services. Except from such replacement, the handling of such
Photo CD or Computer Disk. FTP file, film, print or slide is WITHOUT WARRANTY
OR LIABILITY even though damaged or lost.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
